Graduate Planner

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £24k-£26k

I am delighted to be working with an excellent independent Planning consultancy who are looking for a Graduate Planner to join their Birmingham team. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with a supportive and experienced team of Planners.

As a Graduate Planner, you should have an RTPI Accredited degree in Town Planning and be working towards your MRTPI qualification.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing planning applications and appeals
• Undertaking site visits and planning strategies
• Providing planning advice and guidance to clients in both the public and private sectors

You must possess excellent analytical, presentation, and writing skills, along with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
