Job Description:
  • Gain in-depth insight into the engineering of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics.
  • Perform life calculations to assess product suitability based on data from Product Management / Sales.
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, work instructions, process documentation, and online user manuals.
  • Analyze test results and data.
  • Complete and assess product life calculations accurately and on time.
  • Make recommendations for product specifications where appropriate.
  • Complete Sales Request and Engineering Change forms.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize parameters and test sequences.
  • Support project managers and teams in new development projects.
  • Assist in resolving internal quality issues.
  • Draft engineering documents.
  • Participate in Innovation and Requirement Engineering Workshops.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and produce clear, concise work.
