Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Battersea/Clapham and surrounding areas. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

You will start by addressing customer pest issues, completing visits with detailed reports, and delivering excellent service. With ongoing training and opportunities to move into Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, or Team Leader roles within 12–36 months, this is a clear path for development.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
