Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Watford and surrounding areas. You’ll receive industry-leading training and begin as a Pest Control Technician, with 6–12 months focused on a defined geography and customer support.

Expect a competitive base salary with London weighting and potential for OTE through bonuses. Full-time, 40-hour week, with scope to increase hours and salary over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Desire to engage with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Providing advice on maintenance and hygiene of premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional appearance.
