Position: Graduate Packaging Designer

We are seeking a Graduate Packaging Designer to support the NPD (New Product Development) processes, manage product documentation, coordinate sample delivery, and maintain high standards of visual and written materials. The role involves assisting designers, coordinating artwork, supporting customer presentations, and ensuring timely communication and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Maintain organized packaging specifications, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
2. Assist with sample preparation and mock-ups, maintaining quality standards.
3. Create artwork adhering to brand guidelines.
4. Photograph products and upload visuals for reference.
5. Coordinate artwork approval processes internally and externally.
6. Attend pre-print meetings and ensure color and print guidelines are followed.
7. Manage control of artwork versions and the cutter guide library.
8. Update raw material data with Procurement and Technical teams.
9. Complete customer documentation accurately and promptly.
10. Support raw material ordering and logistics.
11. Coordinate sample sending and customer presentations.
12. Assist NPD Managers with various tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
