Requirements
We are seeking a friendly, flexible, and highly organised individual with excellent communication and administration skills to support the work of the Careers & Industry Hub. The role involves providing ICMP students and alumni with support and guidance as they build careers within music, the creative industries, and beyond.
You will be responsible for supporting ICMP students and recent graduates to transition successfully into professional work, higher study, or self-employment by leveraging relationships with the ICMP alumni community and local, regional, and national graduate employers.
You will provide administrative assistance to the department across various areas and work closely with the Careers & Employability Manager to contribute towards and leverage overall Graduate Outcomes, employer engagement, and industry engagement strategies to help ICMP students and recent graduates transition into sustainable employment in line with Graduate Outcomes targets.
