Job summary

The King’s Ely community seeks a musician for an early-career post to enhance cathedral worship in Ely and engage with the cathedral’s musical life. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree (by 1 September 2027), be at least ARCO standard, and show experience in choral accompaniment, choir training, and solid vocal technique.

They should be patient, have a love of teaching young people, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills, in sympathy with the Church of England

Qualifications

• ARCO standard desirable.
• Experience with choral accompaniment and choir training is essential.
• Good vocal technique and teaching ability required.
