Graduate opportunity (Valuation) - Investment and advisory firm - APC support– Basic salary between £26 - 33,000 (agency approx.) - Longer term training and support provided, potential scope to move into other departments such as Advisory / Asset management.

Latymer Search is pleased to be representing a dynamic and well-established listed Investment and advisory firm located in W1 London established over twenty years ago.

They provide advice on property fund and asset management, investment broking, valuations, rating and planning advice across the UK, as well as working for some of the largest banks globally providing secured lending advice, they also value multi-million pound commercial and residential property portfolios for property companies and high-net-worth clients and undertake valuations of commercial and residential developments nationally.

Real scope for career development for a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic individual who can work closely with senior Directors. Having worked with the company and spoken with owners, I'm under the impression that their team is paid very well, hence the very low staff turnover over the years. Full APC support and training will be offered.

Requirements:

Relevant Real Estate Degree or Masters degree (RICS degree advantageous).

Interested in Valuation / investment

Located in London or home counties, and able to commute daily. May be some scope for flex but this will need to be discussed.
