What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident and professional telephone manner with clear communication skills
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and directing them to the appropriate team
  • Friendly, patient approach with the ability to deliver excellent customer service, including to more vulnerable customers such as the elderly
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; this role involves managing important paperwork and documentation
  • Basic IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent written English is essential
  • Willingness to learn – full training will be provided on our internal systems and CRM software (previous CRM experience is helpful but not required.
  • Enjoy working methodically and with accuracy in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels

Role Details:

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Starting from £23,809.50 per year

Location: Leicester, LE1 3DL (Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)

Schedule: 8-hour shifts
