This opportunity is ideal for those who have recently completed their degree or are set to graduate this year, and who are looking for meaningful experience within the education sector.

The Role:

• Deliver lessons in your subject specialism with support from experienced teaching staff
• Contribute to lesson planning, marking, and assessment to support student progress
• Inspire and engage students in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment
• Work closely with senior staff and mentors to build your confidence and teaching skills
• Develop expertise in classroom management, pedagogy, and curriculum planning

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Education, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, English, Maths).
• A genuine interest in education and a strong desire to pursue teacher training.
• Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting students.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
