Protocol Education is recruiting candidates who want to gain experience working with children in schools.

We seek passionate individuals interested in building a career working with children. We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible days. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work in various schools with children of different ages and abilities. No qualifications or experience are necessary, only the drive and passion to make a difference in children's lives. Your main role will be supporting the class teacher, both in groups and on a 1:1 basis, including children with complex learning needs.

The role can be challenging, requiring patience, a friendly approach, and a good sense of humor.

The Role

1. Support children’s learning alongside the class teacher.
2. Manage pupils’ behavior to maintain a positive environment.
3. De-escalate classroom situations following safeguarding procedures.
4. Conduct small group activities and support children with additional needs.
5. Report safeguarding concerns according to the school's policies.

All pay rates include holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanent placement later.
