Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM records and update spreadsheets and reports.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support proposals, meetings, marketing activity and wider business administration.
• Develop skills in Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Progress towards creating dashboards, improving reporting and automating everyday processes.
