Role Overview:

As an Operations Analyst, you will focus on the financial operations of the business, managing transactions and payments. This role provides broad exposure across the business and offers a deep understanding of FX and financial markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Allocate incoming and outbound payments accurately within SLAs across various providers.
2. Troubleshoot payment processing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
3. Liaise with financial institutions, payment service providers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
4. Communicate with internal teams and assist with queries generated through workflows.
5. Investigate and clear reconciliation breaks.
6. Assist with new platform testing and migration.
7. Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines.
8. Support the identification and management of service-impacting incidents.
9. Exhibit GC values: accountability, passion, integrity, excellence, collaboration, and personalisation.
10. Understand Consumer Duty policies and collaborate within the team to meet standards.
