We are currently looking for several graduates to join one of the UK's leading currency markets specialists in their London office. As an Operations Analyst, you will focus on the financial operations of the business, managing transactions and payments flow. This role offers broad exposure across the business and a deep understanding of FX and financial markets.

The Role:

• Allocate incoming and outbound payments accurately and within SLAs across various providers.
• Troubleshoot payment processing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Liaise with financial institutions, payment service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Communicate with internal teams and assist with queries generated through internal workflows.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Assist with new platform testing and migration.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines.
• Support the identification and management of service-affecting incidents.
• Exhibit GC values: accountability, passion, integrity, excellence, collaboration, and personalisation.
• Understand Consumer Duty policies and procedures; collaborate within the team to meet standards.
