Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking a Graduate Operational Excellence Analyst to work with the Operational Excellence Manager in Croydon. The role involves planning and delivering pharmacy services and central projects across the business, with regular visits to pharmacies.

The position offers broad exposure to operations, data, communications and stakeholder management, starting with rapid development under mentoring guidance. Open to graduates from any discipline with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with strong academic record.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret data and present insights.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily; capable of drafting prompts and evaluating outputs.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams) and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery of pharmacy services and central projects; track workstreams, milestones and owners.
• Analyse operational data (uptake, KPIs, compliance) and translate into practical recommendations.
• Draft clear communications for branches; prepare packs and updates for senior leadership.
• Visit pharmacies regularly to observe service delivery and bring back insights for improvement.
