Job Title - Graduate Occupational Therapist

Location - Choose a hub near you! Our Victorian Hubs are located in Moorabbin, Hallam, Pakenham, Keilor East, East Burwood, South Morang, Melton, Croydon, Seaford, Craigieburn, Derrimut, Mornington, Werribee, Newtown, Ballarat, Bendigo and Shepparton

Employment Type - Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week)

Salary - $85,960 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading and superannuation)

Commencement - August 5th 2025

Our Graduate Program – Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program

Starting your career as a new graduate is a big step, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Everyday Independence’s 2025 Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program equips you with the tools, confidence, and supervision you need to succeed in your role as an Occupational Therapist.

Our 12-month program is designed to ensure your smooth transition from university to thrive in professional practice.

  • Comprehensive Induction : Your first month is dedicated to building foundational skills and understanding interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • 1 : 1 Clinical Supervision : Experienced mentors provide personalized guidance to enhance your clinical confidence and skills.
  • Learning Frameworks : Dive into both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific modules, covering the fundamentals of therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.
  • Professional Growth : You’ll strengthen your clinical expertise with a tailored approach while also developing essential professional skills like time management, coaching, and participant engagement.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants in the environments that matter most to them - homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.

What You'll Need

  • Current (or pending) AHPRA Registration and recently completed a degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings
