Graduate Nursery Teaching Assistant - the role:
Support the class teacher in delivering a creative and engaging early years curriculum
Lead small group activities and 1:1 support to help children develop key skills
Encourage learning through play, storytelling, and exploration
Assist with daily routines including playtime, snacks, and personal care
Observe children's progress and contribute to planning discussions
Graduate Nursery Teaching Assistant - requirements:
A 2:1 or above degree in education, psychology, early childhood studies, or a related subject
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A proactive, can-do attitude with a patient and caring nature
Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
