Job summary

Alliance Medical is expanding its MRI service at The Turner Diagnostic Centre in Colchester with a brand-new GE SIGNA Voyager 1.5T scanner, joining a diverse scanner fleet across multiple sites. You will support our growing MRI team, with exposure to Cardiac MRI potential and satellite work in Clacton.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Patient-centered care and excellent patient experience.
• IV cannulation skills, or willingness to train.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
• Good IT skills and experience with imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality MRI images in line with protocols.
• Deliver exceptional patient and customer care in a busy radiology service.
• Collaborate with Senior Radiographers, Radiographers and other staff across sites.
• Participate in our graduate training and preceptorship pathway.
• Be part of a 40-hour rota with on-call requirements.
