A fantastic opportunity for a bright, ambitious individual to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. Our client was recently voted Mortgage Firm of the Year and is looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to gain experience working within the business on a day-to-day basis while studying for CeMap qualifications over 2-3 years.

This role suits an ambitious individual seeking a long-term career. It offers regular pay increases as you pass each step of the CeMap qualification, with ongoing guidance and support from the company. There is excellent earning potential once qualified!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administering mortgages to offer stage
  2. Establishing and maintaining relationships with estate agency introducers
  3. Researching mortgage facilities and placing cases with lenders
  4. Moving on to telephoning warm leads and making appointments
  5. Carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages
Key Requirements
  • Bright, enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable candidates
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well motivated and eager to progress within the organization
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Educated to degree level; any subject considered
