Job Description

Are you looking to kick-start your career in the Mental Health Sector? Do you want to support the mental health of young people? A well-respected specialist school near Reigate is seeking a Graduate Mental Health Teaching Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The students are aged between 10 and 16 and face challenges such as trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues.

The ideal candidate should be empathetic, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. Experience with SEN children or adults, or graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling, would be ideal.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates and trainees interested in Psychology, Mental Health, or Education to make a positive impact on young lives.

Additional Details

• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: £85-£105 per day
• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4pm, term time only
• Training & support: On-site training, CPD provided
• Requirements: Right to work in the UK, no Visa sponsorship needed
• Travel: Must be able to travel to Reigate and surrounding areas
