This isn’t just a sales role — it’s a launchpad for your career. Over two years, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple commercial functions, including field sales, marketing, and market access, giving you a holistic understanding of how a successful pharmaceutical business operates.

The start date for this position is 1st September 2025.

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific or business related subject.
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
  • Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
Role Responsibilities of the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
  • Promote an innovative portfolio to healthcare professionals in Primary Care covering the South London area, combining both clinical insight and commercial acumen.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities and grow business within your territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of brain disorders and communicate the science clearly and confidently.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and budget impact models that influence key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs to contribute to brand strategy and execution.
