With over 300 employees and offices across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia, we deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions across all sectors of the construction industry.

We’re looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary data centre design team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their journey in building services engineering, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to real-world projects from day one.

In this role, you’ll support senior engineers in delivering high-quality mechanical designs. You’ll be involved in preparing specifications, drawings, and calculations, while learning on the job and developing your skills through mentorship and a personalised development plan. You’ll help ensure projects meet client requirements, budgets, and schedules, and stay up to date with industry standards and regulations.

We’re seeking someone with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on Building Services and has ideally graduated within the last two years. You’ll bring a basic technical understanding of interdisciplinary design, strong problem-solving and coordination skills, and good communication and presentation abilities. Computer literacy, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, is essential. If you’re a student member of a relevant professional body such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, or IET, that’s a plus.

At B&W, you’ll work with award-winning teams on global projects, benefit from structured development and mentoring, and be part of an inclusive, collaborative culture. If you’re ready to build your future with us, we’d love to hear from you.
