This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team which specialises in the delivery of building services, energy and sustainability services, where we offer a fresh approach by getting involved early, working collaboratively with the design team, guiding design development and using our expertise to help clients make key decisions – an approach that always results in a building that delivers.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment andwill benefit from strong support from both office and technical colleagues, as well as significant guidance from senior staff within our open and collaborative culture.

Your role:

  • Working on live projects fromthe start in a variety of sectors from healthcare to education
  • Mechanical services design andcalculations
  • Working with supervisors onscheme design concepts
  • Using Revit and 3D BIMmodelling software in design production
  • Design co-ordination with otherprofessional disciplines
  • Producing detailed designs anddrawings
  • Input into or development ofenergy and sustainability strategy and dynamic thermal modelling
  • Participating in design teamand client meetings
  • Undertaking site visits orsurveys
  • Researching and implementingnew technologies
  • Continuous CPD and learningopportunities
  • Your typical work might includeHeating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Control Systems, above grounddrainage systems and hot and cold-water services.
