We offer a 3-year graduate development programme aimed at developing personal, professional, and technical skills. The role involves assisting with day-to-day activities on major UK infrastructure projects, working under supervision, and collaborating with site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards.
- Review M&E designs for compliance with UK and client standards.
- Gather client requirements and incorporate them into designs.
- Provide buildability advice and solutions.
- Support tendering processes for packages of works.
- Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.
- Ensure project compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support project management in resource planning and performance management.
- Adopt and promote company values and take ownership of assigned work.
- Follow safety regulations on site.
Skills and Competence:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Degree or Master’s in Engineering (all disciplines considered).
- Motivated, analytical, team-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Highly motivated, logical, resilient, flexible, results-driven, and independent.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
- Engineering experience and CSCS Card.
Essential:
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
