We offer a 3-year graduate development programme aimed at developing personal, professional, and technical skills. The role involves assisting with day-to-day activities on major UK infrastructure projects, working under supervision, and collaborating with site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards.
• Review M&E designs for compliance with UK and client standards.
• Gather client requirements and incorporate them into designs.
• Provide buildability advice and solutions.
• Support tendering processes for packages of works.
• Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Ensure project compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support project management in resource planning and performance management.
• Adopt and promote company values and take ownership of assigned work.
• Follow safety regulations on site.

Skills and Competence:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Degree or Master’s in Engineering (all disciplines considered).
• Motivated, analytical, team-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Highly motivated, logical, resilient, flexible, results-driven, and independent.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
• Engineering experience and CSCS Card.

Essential:

• Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
