Have you recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) and are looking to start your career? No previous experience is required-just a strong technical foundation, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow within a supportive engineering environment.

We're offering an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a respected UK manufacturer based in St Helens. You'll receive full training, ongoing mentoring, and a clear path to progress into more senior technical or commercial roles.

About the Role

In this office-based role, you'll support customers and colleagues by applying your engineering knowledge in a practical setting. From handling technical enquiries to preparing quotations and supporting project coordination, this position offers a broad and valuable foundation in both engineering and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations
  • Recommend product solutions based on customer requirements
  • Manage and process incoming enquiries and orders
  • Work closely with the external sales team to support project delivery
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal departments
