Job summary

WES is launching its Graduate Programme Intake 2027 as part of the RSE group. Graduates will contribute to developing innovative solutions for the UK water sector through a 24‑month programme featuring hands-on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development. The Programme Tracker helps you build experience, track progress and own your journey.

Applications close on Friday 13th November 2026. You will receive a personal mentor, chartership guidance, and salary reviews as you progress.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent within the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Most importantly must be willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
