Our 24-month graduate programme combines hands‑on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive. Our Programme Tracker helps you build your experience, track your progress and take ownership of your journey.

What Are We Looking For?

RSE is looking for a Graduate Chemical Engineer to join our team, with opportunities available across both areas of design and delivery.

  • You will have graduated with a Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Most importantly must be willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
