Job description

Due to continued growth, a well-established engineering organisation are looking to hire a Graduate Mechanical Development Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The primary function of this NPI-focussed role is to aid in the test and development of a range of new products, systems, and technologies for a range of industries.

Working as part of an established Engineering department, the responsibilities of the position include:

  • Performing technical analysis on product performance; including thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, airflow, and pressure.
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary department to provide solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Liaising with various functions to support the delivery of key engineering projects.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline (Aerospace, Automotive, or Design Engineering etc.). In addition, it would be advantageous to possess an understanding of thermodynamics, airflow, or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
