Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team. You will contribute to mechanical building services design, prepare calculations, drawings, specifications and equipment schedules, and support energy-efficient building operations.

You will work with senior engineers, attend site visits and meetings, and benefit from structured graduate training plus chartership support with a clear development plan.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Good communication and attention to detail.

Are you a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering looking for an exciting opportunity to join an Engineering Consultancy with over 50 years' experience, offering structured graduate training from day one allowing fast-tracked progression?

You’ll support mechanical building services design, preparing calculations, drawings, specifications and equipment schedules that help buildings operate efficiently and maintain comfortable conditions. Working alongside senior engineers, you’ll also attend site visits and project meetings to understand how designs translate into working installations.

Joining a small London team, you’ll receive mentoring and an individual development plan, with support towards professional registration and chartership. This opportunity would suit a graduate who enjoyed thermodynamics, fluid mechanics or heat transfer and wants to apply that knowledge to energy-efficient building design.

The Role
