Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to kick-start your career in building services and HVAC design?

We’re currently hiring a Graduate Design Engineer in Portsmouth to join a growing design team working on innovative ventilation and smoke control systems.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the design and development of life-saving systems for residential, commercial, and industrial environments. You’ll be producing technical drawings, supporting site surveys, and learning industry standards from experienced engineers – all while contributing to real projects from day one.

What do you need?

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
• Basic CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
