Job summary

DK Recruitment seeks a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to support strategic goals by delivering integrated solutions for aerospace, space, and defence markets. You will work with major customers and regional sales teams to develop new products, understand applications, and contribute to business development.

Key duties include collating specifications with customers, performing UK export classifications, and coordinating with design and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to inspect and finalize requirements specifications.
• Provide export classification for products per UK export regulations; initiate bearing designs using Mesys.
• Define specifications for product design and coordinate with design and manufacturing departments.
• Approve customer delivery drawings and bearing specifications.
• Initiate and assist in the quotation process.
• Consult on complaints, damage cases, and returns analyses; drive innovative developments in bearings and systems based on market opportunities.
• Assist in generating catalogues and technical publications.
• Deliver presentations and participate in seminars and symposia.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customers, trade exhibitions, and other sites.
