• Hold (or are predicted) a 2:1 or higher in Mathematics or a closely related subject
• Are graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
• Are passionate about Maths education and eager to make a long-term impact
• Can commit to full-time, in-school training from September 2025 to July 2026 in Oxford
• Have the legal right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
