We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Graduate Marketing Executive to join our Communications & Engagement team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who’s passionate about people, culture, and storytelling.
You’ll be right at the heart of our internal communications, supporting events, campaigns, and initiatives that connect our colleagues, celebrate our successes, and bring our values to life across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Internal Communications & Engagement
- Bring our culture to life by planning and creating engaging content, from written updates to visuals and videos.
- Keep our intranet fresh and useful by updating content, posting news stories, and building new pages.
- Celebrate our people by managing rewards and recognition programmes aligned with our values.
- Welcome new starters with a bang—prepare induction packs, present at welcome sessions, and help them settle in smoothly.
Events & Campaigns
- Organise and deliver standout internal events—think employee forums, seasonal celebrations, and more.
- Take the lead on logistics, liaise with suppliers, and ensure everything runs without a hitch.
- Be on the ground capturing moments at events, chatting with colleagues, and collecting feedback.
- Support exciting internal campaigns covering wellbeing, sustainability, volunteering, and beyond.
General Marketing & Project Support
- Contribute creative ideas and help deliver internal campaigns across email, intranet, and visual platforms.
- Support with surveys, announcements, and engagement projects that drive connection and culture.
- Track engagement, gather insights, and share what’s working.
- Stay organised and on top of admin to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field—or someone with equivalent experience.
- A confident communicator who loves writing, storytelling, and creating content.
- Organised, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Comfortable with digital tools and happy working across a range of platforms (email, intranet, social media, etc.).
- Full of creative ideas and passionate about bringing people together.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
