Role summary

As a Graduate Marketing Coordinator you will support the marketing team by managing event giveaways, coordinating award submissions, and ensuring timely reporting on project progress through JIRA. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to execute webinars, promotions, and key events, while staying on top of emerging market trends. This role also involves providing hands-on support to the Director of Marketing in executing elements of the broader marketing strategy.

Key Duties:

Giveaway Management: Oversee and coordinate all giveaways for events, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

JIRA Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress across different JIRA boards, compile updates, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with all team members, accommodating promotional, webinar, and other organisational requests.

Market Trends & Reporting: Track key marketing trends, compile insights, and share regular updates with the team.

Award Submissions: Manage and track award submissions, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.

Silent Eight Event Coordination: Work closely with the Director of Marketing to organise and execute Silent Eight events.

Marketing Strategy Support: Assist the Director of Marketing with small tasks related to strategy execution.

Requirements:

Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Some internship or work experience in marketing, event coordination, or project management is a plus but not required.

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and familiarity with marketing tools is advantageous.
