You will support the Marketing Managers across various business conferences. The ideal candidate is excited about learning, loves working to deadlines, is commercially driven, has a data-driven analytical mindset, and is eager to contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Website creation, updates, SEO, registration platform setup
• Email marketing setup and design
• Supporting media partner and association outreach
• Supporting social media plans
• Creating social media and website banners
• Revenue attribution tracking
• Managing marketing inbox
• General marketing administration
• Supporting wider marketing projects
• Assisting with training of new starters

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field, or marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM)
• At least 3 months relevant marketing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multitask
• Initiative and flexibility in approach
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Preferred but not essential experience:

• Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Marketo
• Executing social media strategies
• SEO skills
• Design software such as Canva or Photoshop
