Corza Medical is seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Taunton. You will support validation, optimization, and continuous improvement of processes in a regulated medical device environment (ISO 13485 and FDA), gaining hands-on engineering experience under structured guidance.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, design and plan equipment layouts, develop safety procedures, and contribute to cost estimates and project documentation as you progressively

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and data analysis.
• Proven ability to document technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support validation, optimisation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Assist in equipment layout design and process planning.
• Develop safety procedures for equipment operation and hazardous environments.
• Assess production materials for safety and regulatory impact.
• Conduct pilot-scale tests and evaluate process changes.
• Prepare cost estimates and document project progress for management.
