Graduate Manufacturing Engineer – £30,000

The Role:

You’ll be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team in a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with real projects from day one, including:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices
  • Investigating and resolving production issues with practical engineering solutions
  • Working with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations
  • Contributing to new product introduction (NPI) and process optimization
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting for performance improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with CAD, Six Sigma, or Lean principles is advantageous (not essential)
  • A genuine passion for engineering and process innovation
