About The Role

What We're Looking For:

• A 2:2 degree in any subject — your passion and drive are what count most.
• Some experience in retail, hospitality, or leisure — experience in a customer-facing role means you will get off to a great start.
• The ability to move between centres for placements within a region to gain well-rounded experience.
• The right to work in the UK — unfortunately, we're unable to sponsor visas at this time.

The When...

• In May/June, there will be a screening process including a telephone call.
• In June/July, you'll be invited to a group assessment in your region. If successful, you'll visit one of our centres for a more hands-on experience.
• In October, if successful, you'll meet the rest of the grads at our launch day and start your journey at your home centre.
