What We're Looking For:

• A 2:2 degree in any subject—your passion and drive are what matter most.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or leisure—customer-facing experience is a plus.
• The ability to move between centres for regional placements.
• The right to work in the UK—we cannot sponsor visas.

The Timeline...

• Screening process in May/June, including a phone interview.
• Group assessment in your region in June/July. Successful candidates will visit a centre for a practical experience.
• If selected, you'll meet the team and start your journey at your home centre in October.
