The Klarent Graduate Programme is a 2-year experience designed to develop future Hospitality Leaders.

Your 2-years will be spent in two different properties in the UK/Ireland, developing your knowledge of hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.

You will receive coaching from industry experts and mentorship from senior management, providing extensive personal and professional development. Your innovation and curiosity will be essential in supporting key business projects to drive the company's future.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone passionate about operational aspects of hospitality, eager to experience our fast-paced Food & Beverage Department and deliver first-class customer service in Front Office.
• Someone with insight into hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willing to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland, prepared to relocate after the first year.
• Possessing or pursuing a degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism discipline by September 2025.
• Having the right to work in the UK/Ireland for the duration of the programme.
• Available to start in September 2025.
• Ready to develop and grow with Klarent Hospitality in this exciting opportunity.
