Tussell Limited offers a Graduate Management Training Programme that accelerates your path to senior leadership. From day one you’ll gain real responsibility while rotating through customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations in one of our branches.

The initial 8–12 month training phase is classroom-based, followed by progression into a management role. The programme supports ambitious careers across the UK and internationally with strong salary progression.

Through hands‑on experience and excellent training, our Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in one of our retail operations in as little as two years. Our opportunities After a classroom-based orientation session, you'll be based in one of our branches, gaining hands‑on experience of our operation and learning the many valuable skills you'll need to manage a business. Everything from sales, marketing and account management to coaching, mentoring and leadership skills. The initial training takes around 8 to 12 months, after which you should be ready to move into your next role.
