As you advance, opportunities include progressing within our Rental Operations managerial track or exploring other departments like Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn how to run a profitable branch. You will also learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and develop management skills by mentoring and managing staff. Your development will be rewarded with pay increases and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
