Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, interpret P&L statements, and learn to deliver exceptional customer service. You will learn effective communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management. You will also develop skills in mentoring, training, managing, and promoting staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be considered as a substitute.
