After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on business training, learning valuable skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. Nearly all our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read branch P&L statements, and learn how to run a profitable business. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem solving, and conflict management will enable you to build strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will also learn to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, with development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.
