Job description

We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, global leader with a portfolio of well-known brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a turnover of $35 billion and nearly 90,000 employees across 95 countries, we have grown over 65 years from a pioneering idea to a worldwide mobility leader.

Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the opportunity to explore your potential and develop your career. After an initial virtual orientation, you will be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors, including our current CEO, who started as a graduate.

This comprehensive training allows you to understand our business from the ground up and recognize your role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture offers a well-rounded experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As you progress, more opportunities will open up, including the possibility to become a Branch Manager within two years, or explore other fields such as HR, Accounting, Revenue Management, and Marketing.

We value diversity and have received recognition for our inclusive workplace, including being listed among The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers for LGBT inclusion, and other awards.

Our family ownership, with CEO Chrissy Taylor as the third generation, provides stability and a long-term vision for the company, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

These skills will enable you to build relationships with business partners and lead your own team, with opportunities for promotion and pay increases based on your development.

Qualifications
