Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, and understand cost control and profitability through managing your branch’s P&L. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and develop sales techniques. You will also be trained to mentor and manage staff, with opportunities for promotion and pay increases based on your development.
