Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions and develop new business while maintaining relationships. You’ll learn about cost control, reading P&L statements, and managing a profitable branch. Delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, influence, and interaction with customers, vendors, and colleagues will be key skills you develop. You will also learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management, enabling you to build lasting relationships with business partners.
