From day one you’ll take on real responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of developing into a branch manager in as little as two years.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, with accommodations for those who don’t drive due to disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, resolve enquiries, and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor, train, and develop your own team and grow into greater responsibilities.
