Enterprise Mobility is recruiting for a Graduate Management Trainee in Chippenham/Trowbridge. You’ll start with real responsibilities across customer service, sales, finance and operations, with a clear path toward branch leadership within two years.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to progress as you master our retail operations, finance, and people development in a structured, support‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but accommodations are made for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and build relationships.
• Understand financials: cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train a team with potential to promote.
