Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and profit & loss interpretation.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management, strategic planning, and driving performance.
